HELPING THEM FIND THEIR WAY
Parenting a teenager is a journey filled with excitement and challenges. Your teen is going through a transformation of epic proportions. They are trying to prepare for their future. They are discovering who they are while navigating relationships and hormones that make them think everything is either the best thing in the world or the worst thing ever. and preparing for a future full of possibilities.
The Next Generation program is here to guide them through these formative years. We help clear up the confusion and give them a chance to gain a more lucid understanding of how to enjoy and thrive during their teen years instead of simply surviving them. Through uncovering their own vibration - their C.L.E.F. - we will help them build the skills, mindset, and resilience needed to be successful, not just in high school, but for the rest of their lives.
Find out more about the inner workings of C.L.E.F. here.
In short C.L.E.F. represents our four pillars of personal growth:
Consciousness: Building self-awareness and understanding their values and goals.
Liveliness: Developing physical and mental vitality to stay energized and engaged.
Evolvement: Encouraging continuous growth and adaptability.
Fortitude: Cultivating resilience to overcome challenges and bounce back stronger.
This framework is the foundation of a program that helps teens live a balanced, fulfilling life while making a meaningful impact on their community.

The totality of the Next Generation program spans four years, offering your teen the chance to grow alongside their peers in a supportive cohort. Each year is broken into six-month sessions that include personal development work and a community vibe project. While the program is designed as a four-year journey, we understand life is unpredictable. Teens can join for one session, multiple sessions, or complete all eight.
What Happens Each Year?
Group Work: Your teen will be part of a cohort that will not exceed 21 teens total. That number is intentional, giving us ample opportunity to break into smaller groups for additional course content.
Personal Growth: Teens explore their strengths, values, and leadership skills through group coaching, activities and reflection. To build trust, it’s essential that your teen knows their experiences with us will remain confidential, except in cases where safety is a concern. So, what they do with us will stay with us, unless they want to tell you about something specifically regarding them. Your teen will sign a group agreement to help create a space and atmosphere conducive to self-discovery and growth. While your teen’s journey is their own, we’ll provide regular updates on their progress and how you can best support their growth at home.
Community Impact: Each session ends with a hands-on project where teens work together to address a real need in their community.
By the time they graduate high school, teens who complete the program will have completed eight projects, built deep connections with their cohort, and developed the confidence to pursue loftier goals.
Even if your teen joins for one session, they will gain:
Practical Life Skills: From stress management to goal-setting and teamwork, your teen will leave with tools they can use immediately.
Personal Growth: Each session helps teens build self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to adapt to challenges.
Community Experience: The vibe project teaches them the value of giving of themselves and their privileges and how both can make significant difference.
Each session is independent and transformative on its own, so your teen benefits whether they complete one session or several.
Your teen is at a critical stage of life. They’re learning who they are, what they want to achieve and how to navigate a world that, because of technological advances, is changing more rapidly than ever before. This program equips them with the skills and experiences to:
Find and build confidence and self-awareness.
Develop leadership skills and teamwork abilities.
Adapt to challenges and recover from setbacks with resilience.
Contribute to their community and leave a positive impact.
Foster significant friendships with cohort members.
This is more than a program. It’s an investment in their future.

How Do you work with other or existing support systems?
Our vibration - scientifically speaking, our biofield - is our body's natural energetic state, which influences how we perceive and interact with our environment, allowing us to sense subtle changes, navigate our surroundings, and even communicate with others. “While the term “biofield” itself is fairly new (coined in 1992 at a National Institutes of Health meeting), discussion on the importance and role of consciousness, energy, and information to create and guide emotional, mental, and physical functioning has been described by numerous diverse cultures and used in medical systems for thousands of years.” - Jain 2015. Here are a few studies covering vibration as it relates to us.
Do you work with kids with adhd, anxiety or depression?
Our program is about curiosity and exploration. We help facilitate the power in the teens to gain more self-lucidity as a means of helping them understand the why behind their actions. That understanding leads to navigating each day with more intention and purpose. We’re not here to “start over” or “reset.” There’s nothing broken to fix, only potential to uncover.
What happens if my child is resistant to being in the program?
The LLA and therapy both aim to support teenagers, but their focus and goals differ. Therapy centers on healing emotional pain, processing the past and managing mental health conditions to improve overall quality of life and develop coping skills. In contrast, the LLA emphasizes taking action, envisioning a bright future and enhancing day-to-day functioning. Our goals include building self-esteem, cultivating self-awareness, and strengthening organizational skills.
how do you incorporate parents into the program?
Our program enhances your children’s educational and therapeutic journey. We do not replace anything. Rather, we offer an additional layer of support and growth giving them a more holistic lens through which they can navigate daily life. We help teens gain deeper self-awareness, equipping them to thrive in their personal goals, relationships, academics, athletics community involvement and more.
To be clear, we’re not therapists. But our protocols cater to both task-oriented learners, who thrive on structure and goals, and relationship-oriented learners, who excel through connection and collaboration. By fostering understanding through proactive strategies, we help children build momentum, even when motivation feels out of reach.
Teens thrive in the LLA program when there is buy-in to the possibility of transformation. We meet teens exactly where they are, respecting their unique starting points. What matters to your teen? What do they want to get out of today? We understand that sometimes the timing or fit might not align, and we’re open to discussing that if it happens. We’re here to have an open and honest conversation if that’s the case.
Parents and guardians are essential partners in this process. We believe in genuine teamwork, providing you with clear, actionable insights into what’s working while respecting your teen’s trust in the cohort’s privacy and your unique understanding of your teen. Your insights are invaluable, so if you notice something positive - or have any concerns - please share them with us. Together, we’ll create a supportive environment that cultivates growth and connection.
