LET'S CREATE! 〰️

What to Expect FOR ONE TERM

  • Cohort: Teens will be a part of a group that will not exceed 21, giving ample opportunity to frequently break into smaller groups for additional work.

  • Duration: One 6-month term (The beta testing will be four months).

  • Getting started: The first month of a program intentionally is the busiest. Laying foundational work takes focus.

    • Breaking it Down

      • Month One

        • Week 1: Five in-person sessions, 2.5 hours each day.

        • Weeks 2-4: One 90-minute Zoom session per week.

      • Month’s 2, 3 and 4

        • Week 1: One 2.5 hour in-person session.

        • Weeks 2-4: One 90-minute Zoom session per week.

      • Months 5 and 6:

        • All weeks: Community Vibe Project months. Meetings and times will be determined by the cohort.

  • Focus Areas: Understanding and growing their C.L.E.F. and Community Vibe projects.

    • Breaking it down -The teens will be given actionable tasks to complete each week - what we call “lifework” rather than “homework.” There are no grades. These tasks are designed to encourage growth and self-discovery, so parents and guardians should anticipate unique and thought-provoking questions and actions. As the teens embark on this journey - often venturing outside of their comfort zones - parents and guardians will be embarking on a journey of their own alongside them.

  • Flexibility: Sessions are designed to accommodate busy teens.

  • Outcome: Life skills, leadership, and real-world impact.

A Program Built for Every Teen

Whether teens join us for a single session or the full four years, they’ll leave with practical tools, meaningful experiences, and the confidence to tackle life’s challenges.

We empower teens to grow into their potential and lead their own lives and communities.

These teenagers will learn to design a life that’s uniquely theirs. The future is unknown to them - and to us - as well because they have yet to become the person capable of achieving what their current selves haven’t even imagined.

For Teens Completing All Four Years

Teens will:

  • Complete eight unique Community Vibe projects utilizing all-encompassing participation and addressing a spectrum of community needs.

  • Build a deep, supportive bond with their cohort.

  • Develop a personal C.L.E.F. blueprint for navigating life’s challenges.

For Teens Completing One or Multiple Sessions

Teens will:

  • Begin or continue learning about everything from emotional intelligence to decision making and from handling change to goal setting.

  • Learn practical skills such as stress management, teamwork, resilience, financial budgeting and prioritizing.

  • Gain experience in followership, leadership and making a difference through one or more projects that impact their communities.

  • Develop a more lucid sense of self and how they fit into myriad structures: family, friends, school, community organizations and sports teams.

Growth & Discovery

For the first four months, teens work in a dynamic group setting within their cohorts, exploring and developing their C.L.E.F. - Consciousness, Liveliness, Evolvement, and Fortitude. Through guided coaching sessions, peer discussions, and collaborative activities, they’ll dive into the four pillars of the C.L.E.F. framework. This phase is about personal growth and building connections.

  • Teens will identify their strengths, values and passions.

  • They’ll learn practical skills for managing stress, setting goals and adapting to challenges.

  • By working in a cohort, they’ll gain empathy, teamwork skills and a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives.

Community Vibe Project

The final two months shift focus from personal growth to giving back. In their cohorts, teens will work on a long-term or short- or long-term project designed to better their community. This hands-on experience allows them to apply what they’ve learned in the first phase and see the real-world impact of their actions.

  • Projects are guided by the C.L.E.F. framework:

    • Consciousness: Identifying a need in their community and understanding its root causes.

    • Liveliness: Bringing energy, creativity, and action to their project.

    • Evolvement: Using their growth mindset to adapt and improve their approach.

    • Fortitude: Building the resilience to overcome challenges during the project.

  • From conception to fruition the projects belong to the teens. The instructors are present for guidance and to help facilitate occurrences the teens might not legally be able to do.

  • Teens will leave with a sense of accomplishment and the knowledge that they have the power to create positive change.
